Returns and Repairs Policy


There are no refunds on electrical goods.

Refunds will only be done once authorised by the manufacturer and not the seller.


Products with guarantee: the guarantee is with the manufacturer and not the seller and all shipping expenses to repairs are on the buyer’s account.

Should a product with guarantee need repairs, the buyer will notify Foxwell SA through email, after discussion the buyer will send the product back to Foxwell SA as soon as possible.

Repairs with shipping time may take up to 30 working days.


Foxwell SA provides the basic support to all our clients.

We are not liable to give training on the products.
